How to grade a test
Score = (correct ÷ total questions) × 100. This grader does that instantly and maps the result to a letter grade.
Set the question count
Enter how many questions are on the test once — it stays put while you grade a stack.
Mark what’s wrong
Use + / − on phones, or type the number of wrong answers. On a keyboard, press W to add one wrong.
Use the chart
The live score panel and grading chart show every possible wrong-count percentage for quick reference.

How does the grading calculator work?
Enter the total number of questions on the test and how many the student got wrong. The grader instantly calculates the percentage score as (correct ÷ total) × 100, along with the matching letter grade.
Can I grade quickly for a whole stack of tests?
Yes. Set the number of questions once, then use the plus/minus buttons or press W to add a wrong answer and R to reset between papers. The score updates immediately, so grading a class set is fast.
What is the grading chart?
The grading chart lists the resulting percentage for every possible number of wrong answers on your test. It's handy as a quick reference so you don't have to recalculate for each score.
Is anything I enter stored or uploaded?
No. The grading calculator runs entirely in your browser. No scores are sent to a server or saved anywhere online.
