CalculateFinal (“we”, “our”, or “the Site”) provides free grade calculators that run in your web browser. We do not require accounts, and we do not operate a backend that stores your calculator inputs.

When you enter grades, weights, scores, or other values into our tools, those numbers are processed with JavaScript in your browser. They are not sent to CalculateFinal servers for storage or calculation. Closing or refreshing the page clears that session data unless your browser itself retains it (for example, through form autofill you control).

We do not collect or store:

• Your course grades, GPA values, or exam scores from the calculators
• Account credentials (we do not offer user accounts)
• Payment information (the Site is free to use)

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use CalculateFinal — for example, which pages are viewed, roughly how many people visit, and basic device or browser information. This helps us improve the Site.

Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data such as IP address (often truncated or anonymized depending on Google's settings), page URLs, referrers, and aggregate usage events. We may also record simple custom events (such as when a calculation completes) without including the grade values you typed.

Aside from technologies used by Google Analytics, the Site may use local storage or similar browser features for things like remembering your theme preference (light or dark mode). These preferences stay on your device.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their policies when you leave CalculateFinal.

The Site is a general-purpose educational tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through means outside the calculators, please contact us via the About Us page so we can address it.
